Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MWAWI, we want you to feel good in what you wear. If something doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, we’ve got a clear, fair, and no-BS policy for you.

⏳ You’ve got 14 days to decide

Not your size? Not your vibe? No worries. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Just make sure the item is in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

🚚 Voluntary returns

If you want to return a product for personal reasons (didn’t love it, changed your mind, arrived late), we accept it, but:

  • You’ll cover the return shipping cost. We'll send you a prepaid label and proof of the actual shipping charge.
  • A 10% fee of the product's value will be deducted for handling and logistics.

This doesn't apply to delays in delivery, unless the non-delivery affects an important event or force majeure.

🔄 Size or product exchanges

We want it to fit right. That’s why exchanges are free, but:

  • You’ll cover shipping both ways.
  • Ordering another item? We’ll cover the new shipping — on us 🔥

📍 Madrid-based? If you can do the exchange in person, no shipping costs apply.

🛠 Defective items

If your item arrives damaged or has a production issue:

  • The exchange or return is 100% free of charge.
  • We will first review the case with our supplier to confirm the issue is a factory defect, not damage caused after delivery.

📝 Final notes

  • No returns for used or misused items.
  • Returns must be approved beforehand — please don’t ship anything without confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.
